1. Services Offered

Sign & Print provides professional printing, signage, and branding services including:

• Wide Format & Flex Printing (Digital, Eco Solvent, HP Latex)
• Backlit & Glow Sign Boards, Dealer Sign Boards
• Promotional Event Tents & Canopies
• Corporate In-Shop Branding & Integrated Event Branding
• Vinyl Signage & Standee Printing
• Visiting Cards, Brochures & Marketing Stationery

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed in writing via bill, WhatsApp, or email.
• Approved design, content, size, quantity, and material are final at confirmation.
• No changes will be accepted once production has begun.
• Customers are responsible for proofreading all text and design content before approval.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance payment (full or partial) may be required before order processing begins.
• Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, Bank Deposit.
• GST will be charged as applicable on all services as per government regulations.
• Orders may be held or cancelled if payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing production has started.
• Customised and personalised printing orders are non-refundable.
• If an error is caused by Sign & Print, reprinting will be done at no additional cost.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once raw materials have been procured.

5. Customer Content Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and originality of all text, images, logos, and design files provided. Sign & Print is not liable for any copyright, trademark infringement, or legal disputes arising from customer-submitted content. We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content deemed illegal, offensive, or in violation of applicable Indian law.

6. Colour & Print Variation

Due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, substrate materials, and environmental conditions, minor colour variations (up to 10–15%) may occur between digital previews and final prints. Such variations are standard in the printing industry and are not considered defects.

7. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are estimated based on order complexity, quantity, and material availability. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Sign & Print is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, supply chain issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly of any expected delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sign & Print's total liability for any order-related dispute is limited strictly to the printing charges paid for that specific order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs and samples produced by Sign & Print remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer. We do not reproduce or distribute customer artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling their order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

11. Changes to Terms

Sign & Print reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
